How can I pay for my jewelry?

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or . We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.

What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?

We’re sorry for the trouble!

First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!

Where do I enter my discount code?

When you begin checkout, you’ll see a box beneath your order summary. Slip your code inside and tap apply to set the moon’s magic in motion. Keep in mind that only one discount code can be used per order.

Can I use a discount code on a sale item, sets or diamonds?

Discount codes can be applied to all our full-priced jewelry, excluding items already on sale, sets, or final sale pieces. These exclusions are in place because they are already offered at discounts greater than most codes, ensuring you’re getting the best possible value!

Similarly, our Moon Magic diamonds, which represent the pinnacle of craftsmanship and quality, are excluded from discount codes to maintain their fair and consistent pricing. We’re committed to providing exceptional value across all our collections, so you can always shop with confidence and satisfaction.

I was charged multiple times – what should I do?

Sorry about that! Sometimes banks place a temporary authorization hold before the real payment goes through. This can look like a double charge, but the extra amount usually disappears within a few days once the bank releases it.

If you don’t see the refund back in your account after a few days, just reach out and we’ll help sort it out right away.

Unfortunately, the cut-off for guaranteed Christmas delivery has now passed. You’re still very welcome to place an order, but your piece may arrive shortly after the holidays. A gentle note to your loved one that something magical is on its way can be just as meaningful.

What if I choose the wrong gift?

If the piece isn’t the perfect match, don’t overthink it. Our return window has been extended to 60 days, giving you and your loved one plenty of time for a smooth, hassle-free return.

What about gift-ready packaging?

Most of our jewelry arrives in luxury, gift-ready velvet packaging - the kind that feels special before you even open it. It even doubles as a mini travel jewelry box, so the magic goes wherever they do.


Final sale, earrings, ring bands and sold gold pieces come in our sustainable branded cardboard packaging that still looks beautiful and giftable.

Is there a guide to the gemstone’s meaning included?

Of course! Each gift includes a QR code that takes them straight to the gemstone’s meaning, energy, and care tips. Think of it as a little guide to their new magic.

I don’t know their size. What do I do?

Don't stress! We try to make gifting as effortless as possible:

How do you make sure Freya Prism jewelry is high quality?

Quality is where we refuse to compromise. Every Freya Prism piece begins with authentic, Gemological Institute of America (GIA) - certified gemstones and premium metals. From there, it’s handcrafted in small batches by our artisan partners in Jaipur, India - the world’s Gemstone Capital.

Each piece then goes through our strict, in-house quality process: four separate hand-checks by dedicated quality control experts. If a design isn’t flawless, it never leaves the workshop.

We also use thicker-than-standard plating to ensure lasting durability and elevated craftsmanship, without inflated prices or filler materials other brands often rely on.

Finally, every piece is lovingly packed in our signature Freya Prism packaging, praised by over 500,000 happy customers for its beauty and attention to detail.

Are your gemstones actually real?

Absolutely! We only work with real, authentic gemstones, because only genuine gems carry energy. All our gemstones are tested by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and our diamonds by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). No fakes, no synthetics - unless a lab-grown diamond is clearly marked.

How do you make sure the finish lasts?

We use 50% thicker-than-normal plating (especially with vermeil) and add protective coatings where possible. This helps prevent fading, tarnishing, or scratching from normal wear.

How long will my Freya Prism jewelry last?

With proper care, years and years. Solid Gold is forever, Sterling Silver lasts a lifetime, and even our plated pieces are designed to hold their shine far longer than industry standard.

Are your settings secure?

Yes! Each gemstone is set by hand with strong, precise settings designed to keep it safe during everyday wear. But as with all fine jewelry, it’s best to avoid rough impact.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes. Every Freya Prism piece comes with a 2-Year Warranty. If something’s wrong with the materials or craftsmanship (which is very rare), we’ll replace it.
